Happy 4th of July! Here are some great tips to stay safe from the Youth Peer Educators.
Don’t get too close to the exciting lights as you set off fireworks in front of your house or at Cal Expo, designate a driver if you plan on drinking and don’t forget to use a condom, especially, if you are under the influence. Alcohol can make us do things we usually wouldn’t.

Four easy ways to stay safe on 4th of July.
1) Carry condoms with you to any gathering you will attend this holiday weekend.
2) Talk with your partner about condom use before having sex.
3) Use lube while having sex. It will make the condom feel better and increase the sensation for you and your partner. Lube also prevents a condom from breaking.
4) Experiment with new ways of putting on a condom from role play to putting the condom on safely with your mouth.
These are some easy tips to keep in mind for this fun holiday weekend.
