There have been some changes in the SacPOP program so we apologize for not posting as much on the blog but I hope you have been following us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram since we are still posting articles, pics and giving tips to stay safe while having sex.

Now that all the holidays have passed, I hope that you are all still encouraging condom use with your partners. We all know that many of us start to cuddle more often since it is a bit chilly outside so we just want to make sure that you are bringing the following on your next cuddle date.
- Sweats
- Blankets
- Pillows
- Popcorn
- Movie (Something you both will enjoy)
But most importantly, you want to be prepared because cuddling can lead to other things so make sure you have these last two items:
